1. Who operates the website

The arbowise.cz website is operated by Arvio Technologies s.r.o., registered office Jaselská 275/6, Bubeneč, 160 00 Praha 6, Czech Republic, company ID (IČ) 23536772, VAT ID CZ23536772, entered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, file no. 2. What these terms cover

These terms govern the use of the arbowise.cz website — that is, browsing the pages and sending the contact form.

They do not govern the use of the Arbowise application itself (web or mobile). Access to the application is tied to a user account, and the conditions under which an account is created and maintained are not addressed on this page.

3. Website content

The content of the website is for information. We describe what Arbowise can do and show what it looks like — but the text on the website is not an offer nor a binding description of the features of a specific solution.

• Sample screens are stylised illustrations of the interface, not live output from the application and not output from a specific job.
• The website may link to websites of other parties. We are not responsible for their content.
• The content of the website (texts, graphics, layout, the Arbowise brand) is protected. Do not copy it or use it for your own promotion without our consent.

4. Contact form

The form is there for you to write to us. Please do not use it to send personal data of third parties or sensitive information — it is an ordinary e-mail, not a secure channel.

What happens to the data you send is described in the privacy policy. We limit the form to five messages per minute from one address, so that the website is not flooded by bots.

5. Website availability

The website runs with a cloud hosting provider and may be unavailable due to maintenance or an outage. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the website and reserve the right to change its content at any time.

6. What this page does not govern

To make clear where this document ends: it does not govern the licence to the Arbowise application, the availability of the service or its parameters, prices and payment terms, liability for damage, liability for the professional content of assessments and other outputs prepared in the application, or the governing law and jurisdiction. All of that belongs in the contract between us and the organisation that uses Arbowise.

The English and German translations of these terms are for information only — in case of any discrepancy, the Czech version prevails.
